Strawberry Blueberry Rhubarb Pie
What is more summery than a berry pie!?
I made the filling part of the recipe as written, except I replaced half of the strawberries with blueberries. For the crust I used DG’s “good for almost anything pie dough” since I prefer a double crust to a crumb top. There was quite a bit of bubbling over and the pie was a glorious mess when it came out of the oven but oooh was it tasty!
