An EZ Spring Sweater

I seem to be creating a tradition of celebrating the arrival of Spring with a new sweater for my boy.  (Last year’s can be found here.)  This year’s sweater was knitted simply using a chest measurement along with Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Percentage System.

Knitted in Peace Fleece, this sweet little springtime sweater worked up quickly and easily in less than two weeks.  Considering how fragmented my knitting time can sometimes be, that’s pretty quick!  The process was a lot of fun and O has been living in it since it came off the needles.

Needless to say, mama is love-love-lovin’ the results!    The yarn is both hard-working and soft.  Perfect for a little boy!  And did I mention the color?  Oh, that blue…  *sigh*

I did my best to keep good notes for future reference and they can be found on Ravelry.

What Spring projects have you been working on?
