WIP Wednesday: A Bevy of Baby Booties!

June 30, 2010

My sister’s baby shower was this past weekend.  I may have gotten a little carried away in my excitement for a new nephew because among other things in a bag full of goodies to welcome baby, I included four pairs of booties.

This is my go-to baby bootie pattern.  I made several pairs of these for Baby O while I was pregnant and then liked the pattern so much I continued to modify it in larger sizes as his feet grew until finally, the booties started to resemble potholders rather than sweet little baby shoes!

With a new baby on the horizon, I am, of course, delighted to be back in bootie-making mode.  I’m also happy that Baby G’s little toes shall never be cold!  ♥

I also have a BSJ in the works using the same yarn as O’s Spring Duo!
