Update: Banana Cranberry Bread

Yesterday I made my banana cranberry bread. I thought I’d experiment a little by adding crushed pecans to the topping (about 2 tbs). It tastes very good and the pecans add a nice crunch. However, I would suggest also adding a little extra butter to the topping mixture so that it can adhere better to the bread with the addition of the pecans.
